Although six months between checkups
is often considered the norm, especially by insurance companies,
some people need to be seen more frequently than that to maintain
the best dental health. We make recommendations to our guests on
the frequency of their visits based on what's right for them as individuals.
Because we know you have a busy schedule,
we'll send you reminder notices, call or email you when you're due
for an appointment.

If you're nervous about your appointment,
please let us know! There are many ways that we can help you feel
more comfortable, including nitrous oxide during dental treatment.
We also use the Wand, a new system that delivers local anesthetic
without the pain of injection. We offer blankets to keep you warm,
and headphones with a wide selection of music to keep you distracted.
We understand that many people share your fears, and we will do everything
that we can to ensure that your experience with us is a positive
one.

There are several ways that we might
help you enhance the appearance of your front teeth. One possibility
is the use of porcelain veneers, which permanently attach to the
teeth to give them a bright, uniform look. Please call our office
for an appointment; we'll be happy to explain this procedure to you
and discuss other options that you may have as well.

A smile analysis is an in-depth examination
that considers its aesthetics in relation to the symmetry of your
face, your lip lines, and phonetics. Because your features are unique
to you, your "perfect smile" is also unique. We use digital imaging
techniques to show you what your best smile can look like.

Smile design is the creation of a
new smile that is completely "you"-a change in the appearance of
your mouth that looks and feels good and that will last a lifetime.
For Dr. Crescenzo and his staff, seeing their guests' reactions when
they see their new smile is the most rewarding part of the practice
of dentistry. Restoring and enhancing a person's smile can truly
change someone's life.

Do I have to floss every day? Is it really that
important?
A little regular flossing goes a long way, and is
truly critical for your overall oral health. It loosens food particles
in tight spaces
your toothbrush cannot reach; it gets rid of plaque build-up toothbrushes
alone cannot remove; and it exercises your gum tissues. All of which
is necessary to avoid gum disease. So, just think of daily flossing
as the finishing touch after brushing -insurance for your smile's
future.

What makes you different than any other dental
practice I can visit?
We love what we do. We love seeing the impact that

take time to understand your dental history and evaluate the best
options for your particular dental needs. Plus, we help you understand
the importance of preventive care you can do yourself through thorough
